Sabino Di Filippo – Executive Director 

Founded by Sabino Di Filippo in 2003, Regal & Co. has been built on strong relationships, integrity, and a long-term vision for clients and the business alike. With decades of experience across finance and property, Sabino brings extensive industry knowledge and leadership to the company. As Executive Director, he remains committed to providing a personalised and transparent approach while continuing to guide the growth and direction of Regal & Co.

Damien Hauser – Senior Mortgage/Relationship manager 

With more than 15 years of experience in the finance industry, Damien brings a calm and considered approach to client relationships and lending solutions. He values clear communication, attention to detail, and taking the time to understand each client’s individual circumstances. Damien’s experience across a wide range of finance and property matters makes him a valued addition to the Regal & Co. team.

 
 

Sarthak (Sam) Pansari – Senior Mortgage/Relationship manager 

Sam brings a thoughtful and personable approach to supporting clients through their finance and property journey. With a strong focus on communication and long-term relationships, he works closely with clients to understand their goals and provide guidance throughout the lending process. His professionalism, reliability, and commitment to client service make him an important part of the Regal & Co. team.

Siena Di Filippo – Accounts Assistant 

Siena works part-time with the Regal & Co. team while studying Law at university. In her role as Accounts Assistant, she supports the day-to-day administrative and accounts processes with a strong attention to detail and organised approach. Siena brings a positive attitude and eagerness to learn, making her a valued member of the team.
